A solid morning run around the town of Eden... didn't have the pep in the step but felt ok, got into a pretty good rhythm as I went along... it was chilly 40 at the house when I left and when I dropped down near the river I know it got atleast 5 degrees colder.... the feel of fall is in the air, not sure if I am fully ready for it this year... 4.25 for the run
Got out at lunch and this is why I run.... wowwie what an amazing run today... every once in awhile it all clicks and you just roll with it and today it happened... did the MO loop with the small Beus ext.over to the Spring and back... 6.15 miles... the entire run felt awesome, temps near perfect, the hills were there, but I felt strong climbing them and the pep was there on the flats and downhill, the entire run was 56:30, 9:11/mile ave. but with the climbing involved it was a good one!! |
