A sweetness run on the EB today... love the cooler temps and I must say my absolute favorite time to run is when you start out and it is dry and then its start raining during the run, it just doesn't get any better...(as far as running goes that is)... came down good for about half the run, even some fairly close lightening strikes, with some loud thunder, that kept me on edge!

felt great today the legs had pep, even on the uphills and ran it good went from Beus pond up to steep hill over on the upper bench looped the Spring and cam back up to the upper trail and back over and down... ran through this one section where there was a canopy of trees and a bunch of fallen leaves, but they were green and yellow leaves and the light was such that it was like a green world in this little grove of trees, it was cool!

Went for 6.2 miles and I think 55 minutes... which is pretty good considering the hills that I climbed! 9:02/mile ave...10:37, 8:52, 8:01, 10:16, 8:44, 7:57...

Thinking about the OV50... but just thinking...
