Got out for a lunch run... thought it would be cooler but it was hot... felt good at times and then felt super drained at other times... started at Beus and went up steep trail did the Beus loop and then down and over to H2O cyn and then worked my way back... glad i got out but not one of those great running moments!

Got a rare double in tonight... kids and Kel were off at soccer practice and school shopping, so I jumped on the bike and did a quick lap around the dam... planned on going nice and easy, but as soon as i started I had a good tailwind which was nice then I got into a competition with myself to finish the loop 16 miles and average over 20mph... when I turned to the WEst to go along the South side the tailwind was now a headwind, it ended up being a good push and ave.20.4mph I then went and climbed a few hillls in Eden Hills and ended with 21 miles in just over one hour of cycling... Always feels good to be on the bike!
