Headed out into the dark night... needed a run... went down around Eden then across Ol' dam road back along NA, which was muddy and slow, my headlamp wasn't very bright so it made for some tough navigating... some places were slippery and wet... I didn't have trail shoes on, couldn't find any so that helped with the sliding... toward the end of the NA I heard some animals froliking around, probably Foxes... then as I crossed the last bridge a Beaver slapped its tail and made me jump... I tacked on a bit around RM Lodge. Overall a much needed run, not real fast but it felt great to be out and about in the night, loved the crisp air and the country smells! Came home and jumped on the Spin bike for 12 minutes before having to go pick up the 2 little kids at a bday party... soo a solid hour plus of exercise!

Gearing up for my Birthday run/bike.. whatever it may end up being... as long as it isn't motorized 38 miles... thinking Skyline, it is sad to say but i have not been over SKyline this year... with my MTN bike out of commission!
