Let it be done... and it is... 38 total miles for the 38th Bday celebration!
Started last night at midnight and got 8 miles in on the TM... woke up and throughout the day knocked out 13 more running miles... for a total of 21 miles of running I also did 17 miles on the spin bike... which I counted 1 mile for every 5 min or 12 MPH...
It was a nice day to do it, with not having to work and the weather being a bit nippy out! in fact I was planning on doing some outside miles but the roads were covered with snow all day and a bit sketchy to run on...
Overall good stuff, would prefer to have done it outside... the last 2 years i have done this, they were all outside... with 2 years ago running the entire Skyline trail, this year I would have had to trudge through a few feet of snow! |
