Needed to get outside today... so I turned down a Title lunch at 5 guys and ??, i forget the name, never eatin there... and headed over to 27th st and took on Malans... haven't done it for awhile... but it reminded me quickly that it kicks your behind... trail was in perfect condition this afternoon, i wore my shoe deals, that I think are actually made for ice fishing but work great for this.... didn't do great for time on the way up, 44:59... but didn't expect to with being congested the last couple days. As i said the trail was in perfect condition, especially for running down, soft but with a firm base and not slippery with my grippers... round trip was 1:01:03, so pretty good for the down time! I am sure my quads will feel it tomorrow!

Glad i did it, i am in a running rut, but not to worried i kinda want to take it easy for a month or so, usually i don't take alot of down time... not having a gym pass this winter will help with the down time... i want to see if i can get refreshed and have a good spring!
