Sweet hour of Core this morning, the abs were feeling it... but they needed it!
Another sweet workout this afternoon, did the MO loop with the Beus loop add on, passed a biker going up Beus and he never caught me, it was a good motivation to keep me pushin! ran for a total of 1:25, (guess on the miles)... felt very good got in a running groove... although I did do something I very rarely if ever do, stubbed my toe and nearly went down, stubbled to the hill side of the trail and caught myself before face planting, if anyone saw it they probably thought I was drunk!
Crazy sight on the trail today: someone running in a full on weighted vest! Each day I will log the "Crazy sight" of the day on the trail, there is always something crazy up there! |
