Went to the gym and ran on the Tm, for the 1st 2 miles I did a ladder workout... started at 15 incline for .2 and 4mph and then cut incline in half and increased mph by 1mph every .2 to a mile and on the last spot 1 incline 8 speed i went for .3... it was a good workout, i like the variation, I then jumped around for 3 miles between incline speed and continued a good workout. |
