A fun workout tonight... I think it would be termed circuit training... started with a fast .5 on the TM went straight over to the jump board and did 35 jumps, then back for another quick .75 on the TM and did this for 3 more sets... ended with over 100 jumps and 2.5 miles... surprising how even though it was just over 20 minutes it felt like a pretty solid workout... |
