Hit it early, did my 4 mile test run... didn't think I'd be fast today, but eased into it and got into a good groove... 7:55, 7:46, 7:47, and 7:55... so nothing rippin but felt good and worked on the breathing and form... i like this 4 mile push it is very varied with road, dirt, trails, and hills... makes for a good way to start the day! |
