My exercise recently has been kinda wierd... and this one today went right along with it, Got to the 29th parking and changed and it started to snow and I was sitting in the cozy truck with the heater on, almost drifting off to sleep... almost didn't do it... finally dragged myself out and headed up to the Spring... felt ok but not great, mentally not into it! started climbing to the south and the snow was coming down pretty good and thought maybe I will just cut down H2Ofall trail back to the truck and call it good at about 2 miles... didn't do that and soon after kicked into a groove, that was a sweet one... I needed it, felt really good to get up on the bench and run pretty hard for awhile, went to the Beus ext. and then back to the Spring... glad I kept going, not sure what is up lately with my MOJO, glad it kicked in today!

Nice to see that you're run turned out so good. I can totally relate to how you're feeling. For me I think it's a combination of cooler weather and the clocks changing. Other than weekends, I'll be running in the dark all the time till March now. It makes it hard to get motivated. The good news is that I always feel good about the run once I kick my butt out the door.

plumb: yea when you most need a good run, it is sometimes the toughest to get out and get one in... but as you say, very rare to get out and to not feel better after... run on!
